PROVE IT IN THE PIT WAIVER
If you are a minor looking to pull, race, test & tune or enter the Burnout Competition at PROVE IT IN THE PIT, this form must be completed. The form is good for the entire 2024 Season.
SPECIAL NOTE: The Minor Waiver Form MUST BE PRINTED IN FULL COLOR, SIGNED BY THE MINOR AND PARENTS / GUARDIANS AND NOTARIZED. If the form is printed in Black/White, a copy of the original document, has white out applied, or is not notarized it will be rejected.

NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY WAIVER
If you are a minor looking to race or enter the Burnout Competition at New England Dragway this form must be completed. The form is good for the entire 2024 Season.
