EVENT LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending, entering, participating in, or otherwise being present at any 603 Diesels event, you acknowledge and understand that motorsports, automotive events, racing activities, vehicle demonstrations, burnout competitions, and related activities are inherently dangerous and may involve serious risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, moving or racing vehicles, vehicle accidents, mechanical failures, flying debris, tire or equipment failure, fire, smoke, excessive noise, crowded areas, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and the actions or negligence of other attendees, participants, drivers, vendors, contractors, or third parties. Serious bodily injury, property damage, permanent disability, or death may occur.

By voluntarily entering or remaining on event property, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending or participating in the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless 603 Diesels NH LLC, 603 Diesels Gives Back, the event venue and property owner, event organizers and promoters, sponsors, vendors, contractors, employees, staff members, volunteers, officials, drivers, participants, and their respective owners, officers, agents, representatives, affiliates, and insurers from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to your attendance at or participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.

You are responsible for your own safety and for following all posted signs, event rules, staff instructions, venue policies, and safety requirements. Entering restricted areas without authorization, engaging in reckless behavior, or failing to comply with event or venue rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors in their care. By bringing a minor onto event property, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the risks associated with the event and accepts responsibility for determining whether attendance is appropriate for that minor, subject to applicable law.

YOUR ATTENDANCE IS VOLUNTARY. BY ENTERING THE EVENT PROPERTY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ OR HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MOTORSPORTS AND AUTOMOTIVE EVENTS, AND VOLUNTARILY CHOOSE TO ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE.
