Our largest and most premium vendor option, the 40x10 booth is designed for businesses looking to make a major impact at our event. This space is ideal for vending trailers, large-scale setups, or an easy-up booth paired with multiple show vehicles.

Each vendor booth includes:

• One (1) 40x10 vendor space
• Six (6) event entry tickets

This premier footprint gives you the room to fully showcase your brand, create an immersive setup, and stand out to thousands of attendees throughout the event.

Important Information:
All vendors are required to submit an insurance binder prior to the event. After purchasing your booth, you will receive an email with full instructions on how to provide this. Insurance binders are typically provided at no cost through your insurance agent, and if needed, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Vendor booths are non-refundable
• Booths are non-transferable to other vendors or future event dates
